By accessing or using SwiftHaul Global's services, website, or customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

SwiftHaul Global provides international courier, freight, and logistics services. Service availability, pricing, and delivery times vary by destination and service level selected.

3. Shipping Liability

SwiftHaul Global's liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum liability specified in our insurance terms, whichever is lower.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship items that are illegal, undeclared dangerous goods, or items prohibited by local, national, or international law. SwiftHaul reserves the right to refuse any shipment.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of shipment for standard services. Business accounts with approved credit may pay on NET-30 invoice terms. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
