How do I get a quote?+

SwiftHaul Global delivers to over 200 countries worldwide. We have company-owned offices in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai, and Sydney, with partner coverage everywhere else.
What items can you ship?+
We ship everything from documents and small parcels to heavy industrial equipment and palletized freight. We're also certified for dangerous goods (IATA DGR) and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products (GDP/GMP).
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery times depend on your chosen service. Express Courier offers next-day delivery to major cities, while Air Freight typically takes 2-5 business days internationally. Check your specific quote for estimated delivery dates.

Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my shipment?+
Enter your tracking number (format: SH-XXXXXXXX) on our Track Shipment page. You'll see real-time status updates, a timeline of events, and a map showing your package's journey.
Do you offer real-time tracking?+
Yes. All shipments include GPS-enabled tracking with updates every 15 minutes. You'll also receive email notifications at key milestones: pickup, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
What if my delivery is delayed?+
Contact our 24/7 support team immediately. We'll investigate and provide a real-time update. For guaranteed-delivery services, our SLA includes compensation for delays.

Billing & Insurance

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe for online payments. Business accounts can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms. Custom and insurance services are handled offline.
Do you offer insurance?+
Yes, comprehensive insurance is available for all shipments. Coverage is based on declared value. Life Science and Dangerous Goods shipments include specialist insurance automatically.
Can I get an invoice for my shipment?+
Yes. All paid shipments generate a downloadable PDF invoice in your customer portal. Business accounts receive monthly consolidated invoices.

Account & Support

How do I create an account?+
Click 'Create Account' on our registration page. Enter your name, email, and password. Business accounts can add company details after registration.
What are your operating hours?+
Our offices operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time. Our support team is available 24/7 for urgent shipment inquiries.
Do you offer API access?+
Yes, business accounts can request API keys to integrate shipment creation, tracking, and invoice management directly into their systems.
